Having issues related to computer technology, online classes, distance learning classes, or anything to do with Information Technology, follow the steps below:
First a ticket must be created in our accountability system by doing one of the following:

If the problem has not been resolved in a reasonable period of time, call extension 7285 or 830-591-7285.
If you have not called the support desk first, you will be directed to do so.
