hispanic heritage speakerSWTJC Eagle Pass Campus with their on going Hispanic Heritage Month Activities had a special speaker on Oct. 4th at 11am in Sul Ross Building.

Dr. Juan Martinez works as the Director of Pharmacy in the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center in Eagle Pass. Dr. Martinez opened up and connected with students by delivering a lasting impression with his speech "You Can Achieve the Dream despite All Odds"

His extraordinary communication skills captivated the students and welcomed them about how he reached the pinnacle of success in his life. Dr. Martinez also candidly shared his personal life journey with the students.

A Nacho Fest is slated on Thursday, Oct. 13th to end the activities for the Hispanic Heritage Month, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., in C Building. Free nachos and drinks will be served to all students, faculty and staff.
