EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION

All College Bound Students are employed on the SWTJC campus. Possible areas of employment are:

Administration Office, Admissions Office Adult Education Office, Bookstore, Business Division, Business Office, Career Placement/Recruitment Center, Computer Training, Distance Learning Classroom, English Division, Financial Aid Office, Grant Writer's Office, Instructional Technology Office, Journalism Dept., Library, Math/Science Division, Printing Center, Registrar's Office, Residence Halls, Social Studies Division, Student Support Services.

Participants will be paid a minimum hourly wage for 16 hours a week for 10 weeks.

Francisca Garza, from Brackettville, works in the high tech environment of the
Distance Learning classroom and the Instructional Technology department. Part
of her responsibilities was to help create the College Bound Web page.

William Rosa, from Del Rio, enters student
records for the Registrar's office.

Richard Arista, from Eagle Pass, learned
to use the Colleague system working at the
College Bookstore

Aimee Leon, from Del Rio, works
with the Dynix system at the front
desk of the Miller Library.

Angie Landin, from Eagle Pass, is
learning office skills while working for
the Registrar's office.
