Graduation Information

Graduation Application

Students eligible to graduate must complete and submit an application for graduation, which may be obtained in person or online. To obtain it in person, Uvalde students must go to the Rodolfo R. and Dolores Flores Student Services Building (Registrar's Office). Applications can be picked up at the Administration Building of the Del Rio, Eagle Pass, and Crystal City campuses.

Please mail the graduation application form with a money order (no checks, please) made payable to SWTJC to:

Commencement Ceremonies (Rescheduled)

***Important Update***

Due to inclement weather expected for Friday, May 12th, and Saturday, May 13th, the SWTJC commencement ceremonies have been rescheduled for Friday, May 19th, and Saturday, May 20th. The location of the ceremonies will now be at the Uvalde County Fairplex Arena.

Services for Graduates with Disabilities

Degree candidates with disabilities who need accommodations to participate in their Commencement ceremony are asked to contact the Disabilities Services office. Please call (830) 591-2908 or send an email to tmcrow@swtjc.edu to set up an appointment to discuss the accommodations. Appointments can be made from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday through Thursday and 8:00 am – 12:00 pm Monday through Friday.
